Born in Uzbekistan to Bukharian parents, RO-MiNA is a cultural hybrid whose creativity knows no borders. Named after a legendary Italian singer, her connection to music began in early childhood, watching iconic performances with her parents long before ever stepping behind a microphone. After moving to Philadelphia at age five, her artistic path was already in motion.
A natural standout, RO-MiNA quickly rose through the ranks of her school choir, earning recognition as one of its strongest vocalists. Her breakout moment arrived with the debut single “Insane”, a dance anthem that reached #13 on the Billboard Dance Club Charts and remained in the Top 25 for over five weeks.
